Meet Kylie
Kylie is a highly experienced Studio Leader in our Toddler 3 Studio, with a deep commitment to supporting children as they learn, grow, and develop confidence in themselves. She loves witnessing children’s progress, both developmentally and in their growing competence, and finds great joy in being part of their early learning journey.
Kylie began her career in early childhood education straight after finishing school, completing her Certificate III before taking time away to raise her own children. She later returned to the sector, continuing her studies and earning her Diploma, bringing both professional knowledge and lived family experience into her practice.
With 30 years in the industry, Kylie strongly believes that early learning plays a vital role in shaping lifelong outcomes. She sees confidence and self‑esteem as foundations developed in the early years, built through respectful relationships and environments where children are valued as capable, important individuals.
For Kylie, what sets St Luke’s apart is its focus on putting children first, alongside a supportive and caring environment for educators. Outside of work, she loves spending time at the beach, especially Narooma, reading, socialising with friends, and enjoying time with her family and grandchildren.
