Tshering, fondly know as RinRin, is the Studio Leader in Infants. She is a deeply experienced early childhood educator who has dedicated her working life to supporting young children. With a background in elementary school counselling and teaching in India and Bhutan, she joined the Australian early childhood sector over a decade ago, bringing a strong foundation of knowledge and care. For RinRin, working with children is both a passion and a privilege.
With 18 years of experience working with children, including 10 years in Australian early learning services, RinRin is passionate about nurturing young minds with respect and kindness. She believes every child deserves to be valued equally, regardless of age, and finds great fulfilment in watching children grow, become capable, and flourish. Positive feedback from families is especially rewarding for her.
RinRin strongly believes early learning shapes lifelong outcomes by influencing children’s confidence, identity, and memories of childhood. She sees early experiences as deeply ingrained, helping children understand who they are and supporting them to grow into caring, capable adults. She has spent nine years working in the infants room and has a special love for babies.
RinRin holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education, completed through CIT. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and walking new trails, as well as playing tennis and basketball. She is a proud parent of two children and is known for her great sense of humour and chatty nature once you get to know her.
