Meet Robyn

Robyn is a deeply committed early childhood professional who has worked in the sector since 2007. Her journey began in her teenage years, when working as a children’s party entertainer sparked a joy for supporting children and sharing in their excitement. She went on to work with children in both volunteer and employed roles before beginning her career in early childhood education, which was a path she knew she wanted to pursue from the moment she started.

She loves that no two days are ever the same. Each day brings new discoveries, challenges, and moments of wonder that encourage her to slow down and notice the magic in children’s learning. Whether a child is exploring something for the first time, engaging deeply in play, or growing in independence, she finds these everyday moments inspiring and meaningful.

Robyn is passionate about being part of each child’s learning journey, while also supporting educators to grow in their professional practice. Mentoring others, fostering reflection, and nurturing a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and kindness are central to her work. Before joining St Luke’s, she gained experience across a variety of roles, including room leadership and managing an Out of School Hours Care service... experience that continues to shape her leadership today.
